It’s means “it is” (or to be annoyingly pedantic about it, it’s could mean “it has.”

The possessive is spelled without an apostrophe: its

It’s the Roku’s remote. The Roku adores its remote.

Your proofreader should catch this. Unfortunately, they don’t always.
